Site Security

1. We will never share your personal data with anyone.
2. We will never store your credit or debit card details
3. All payment methods are carried out via a secure connection and processed by the payment provider on a secure server
4. You do not need to have an account with us to place an order. The account status is optional and for your convenience only enabling you to view your order history. You do need to create an account to be able to review products.

Delivery Information

1. We send everything appropriately trackable and with adequate insurance to cover the cost of goods. We normally despatch items same day or the following working day.
2. All gear is sent well packed and should arrive in perfect condition if it doesn't let us know as soon as possibe.
3. All large goods are sent with a courier, you need to be there to receive it, if your not there you'll get a card - call to arrange collection, rerouting (when available) or redelivery. You only get one chance so tie a knot in your elephant. If the goods come back to us we'll contact you and request repayment of postage, Sorry.
4. Everything is despatched ex-stock, if we've ran out, we'll contact you by email within 24 hours of you placing the order (or the next working day) to let you know and give you the option of cancellation or thumb twiddling.
