Q. Who processes my payment?

Q. How it will work?
A. At the checkout stage, the final page you will arrive at, prior to making the payment is "Order Confirmation". This page will provide you a summary of your prospective purchase. If all is correct, you will click "Confirm Order". At this point, you will be redirected away from our server (http://www.chill-snowboards.co.uk) and the required payment will be completed on the servers of PayPal. Please note that at no point during the credit/debit card transaction process, do we have access to your financial details. Upon completing the payment, you will be redirected back to our website.

Q. Do I need a PayPal account to buy from Chill Snowboards?
A. No. You can make a one time payment via PayPal and so do not need to set up an account.

Q. Can I use any other methods of payment?
A. PayPal does accept all major Credit/Debit cards, but if you chose not to pay by this method, we can accommodate you=85 We are happy to accept Cheques, Cash, Bank Transfers & Postal Orders. Please note however, that payment via Cheque and Bank Transfer will have to be cleared into our account before we ship your order, which can take up to 5 days from receipt.
