Q. Is my item in stock?
A. All items listed on the Chill Snowboards website are available for purchase from stock in our warehouse, in the U.K. On the occasion that there is a problem with an order, we will either call or email within 24 hours of you placing your order to speak to you about it.
Q. How quickly will I receive my order? (U.K Only)
A. We strive to get all orders shipped out within 24-48 hours. Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail (First class for postbox deliverable items & recorded for more valuable items - which will require a signature), and larger items via FedEx Couriers on a next day service - all of which deliver between 9am & 5pm as a rule of thumb. Again, you need to make sure there is somebody available at your delivery address to sign for and receive your order. If you receive a card to say that they have missed you, you will need to call the depot (details will be on the card) to arrange another delivery. If again there is nobody available, the item will be returned to us and we will give you a call. Unfortunately if this does happen, you will be required to pay for another delivery as we get invoiced for every delivery attempt made. If your order is more urgent or you wish to receive it on a specific day during the week, please get in touch and we'll be happy to oblige! (We can also arrange same day deliveries in some cases; please ask for details!!!)
If an item is delivered in a poor state/damaged/broken – please get in touch via email as soon as possible, as we’ll have to speak with the couriers about this immediately. If there are physical signs of damage, please make a note with the couriers paperwork upon signing for as this helps us sort the issue quickly, and also means we can ensure the relevant person’s are reprimanded!
Q. How quickly will I receive my order? (Outside of the UK)
A. For orders placed outside of the U.K, we will ship within 72 hours of the order being placed and ship using either TNT International, FedEx, DHL or UPS. If you have an account number for any of these couriers and would prefer, we can ship to you using your account number, which will bill you rather than have to pay for the shipping through us. Talk to us before placing your order and we'll help you with this.
Q. Can I collect my order?
A. As we are an online shop (cuts down on shop front costs, passes on the saving to you - you know the drill!), we only have a warehouse and so don't have a retail unit that you can visit and view our stock. We can however arrange for you to collect from us at our office. We are based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Be aware however that the addres shown on our website isn’t our warehouse address – this is specifically a slow mail contact and an address to send any returned items back to us via.
Q. How do I return an item?
A. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item or if you require a different size, you are of course entitled to return your order, providing no seals are broken, an item hasn’t been used and it is sent back in the original condition of which it was sent out under.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK
If you are looking to take advantage of the exchange rates at the moment (the £ is still quite weak against the € & $ so why wouldn't you!), then we will happily take an order from you!!! All exchange rates on our website are changed daily so you can get the up-to-date price in both US Dollars ($) and Euros. Please see our "About Deliveries" page for shipping details outside of the U.K.
